Project name: Unity of adversity.
Project Description: Helping families displaced from Lebanon to Syria due to wars and conflicts, as the families took refuge in the city of Raqqa and its camps.
A large number of families are experiencing difficult humanitarian conditions due to their displacement from Lebanon to Syria as a result of the ongoing crisis and war.
These displaced people settled in the city of Raqqa within buildings semi-damaged by the war, places unfit for housing, neighboring camps, and temporary tents due to high wages.
These refugees from Lebanon suffer from a severe shortage of basic materials, their inability to secure basic living necessities, and the lack of job opportunities, especially food, in light of the current circumstances.
Therefore, we launched this campaign in cooperation between “Taaluf humanitaire International organization” and “Al Aseel Charitable Society” to extend a helping hand to these affected families.
The project seeks to provide food baskets containing basic materials that contribute to meeting their daily needs Basic living and the lack of job opportunities in light of the current conditions, especially food.
Therefore, we launched this campaign. The baskets include necessary basic food and storable items that provide food security for them for a period of time. The unit basket value in US dollars is $45.
